Feel like i have overdosed on Turkey, Roast Potatoes, Chocolate and Cider.
Been a fab couple of days. First at my parents and then at my sisters.
Massively overdone it so time to do something about it.
I have no doubt that i am in line for a big gain on Thursday 5th January, But why wait till then to do something.
In fact why wait until the New Year as that makes it a resolution which we all know are tricky to stick to.
So as i lay here finishing the last of the Pringles although the drink has moved back to tea i have decided that i need to get back on track tomorrow.
So 23:59 Boxing Day is my cut off point. Plan and track for tomorrow and then every other day. The most important thing is that i do it everyday. Dont expect it to be plain sailing. Im not perfect. Hell. im not even really good but if i can plan, track, monitor then i can see what is good, what is bad and try and get back into a mode that allows me to let WW make 2012 the last year ever.
WW isnt about excluding items as everything has a PP value and can be incorporated however i know my weakness and i know what i can endure and resist and what i just pig out on.
Therefore, If you see me eating Crisps or Peanuts again after 23:59 GMT Boxing Day you have my permission to shoot me.
I can incorporate most other foods and drinks into my plan i just felt Crisps and Nuts were much more of a timebomb than chocolate or alcohol or anything else. So lets do this.
Pic is new starting pic. Doing the dishes on Christmas Day. We do have a dishwasher but she was asleep haha. Plus she had cooked. Only teasing Sis, thank you for fab dinner x
