Feeling better about it all now as was really bugged by only losing half a pound last week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fffee9; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Onwards and Downwards to next week now&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br style="background-color: #fffee9; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" /&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fffee9; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Brung the class journal home so i dont get lethargic this coming week. I didnt even have to check twitter, google or you tube either, Just cracked it open and fried it in the pan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;To be fair im not entirely useless (well not much) I never really digged eggs but on WW journey i have decided all foods must be tried and their isnt much i dislike.&amp;nbsp;Plus of course in the years that i have lived alone it was either meals out or take aways or grab something at work if i was doing shifts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;One food that i will not be trying again though is Tomatoes. I absolutely hate them. Still a way to go before i lose&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Decembers gain of 16 lbs&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;but hopefully lose a good chunk of it before February is here. I tried to plan meals and used esource on the WW plan and also posted what i was eating over on twitter (user name&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;@Fat4Now&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;) under the guise of&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;#TweetWhatYouEat&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its good because if you click the&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;#TweetWhatYouEat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;on Twitter you get to see all the posts by everyone who is doing similar and its very insightful to see how other people use their points. Also its a handy way to update via &amp;nbsp;twitter as not always by a PC or dont always have a pen and paper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Because of the gain and in general height, sex and weight i was allowed 56 Daily ProPoints. I also got 49 Weekly ones to use anytime on anything. Because i was angry and upset with last weeks gain i decided weekly points had to be treat meaner and that i wouldnt eat them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kind of defeats the object to drink them all but then i thought maybe i could. I drink roughly a pint of milk a day (with tea, with porridge or cereal or even alone) so why not use them on that.&lt;br /&gt;1 pint per day for 7 days worked out as 5 pps per day but when i put it together on Esource it worked out as 37 pps. No worries as i was allowing 12 pps for 2 pints of lager per week to go with them. .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So my weeklies are taken care of. I can have a couple of beers at the weekend but more importantly because im using the rest on Milk i am not going to be having a 100 + ProPoint blowout and feel bloated.&lt;br /&gt;I know WeightWatchers is about using the plan and the points and i will ease up on the weeklies next month but only once i have shifted the Christmas Gain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By doing this i did find i was struggling to eat all my points though as if i was having OatSoSimple for breakfast and because the milk was covered i was getting to lunch time and having 50 pps left.&lt;br /&gt;I tried to increase breakfast intake rather than just stuff full of snacks late on.&lt;br /&gt;Long term this isnt a worry because as weight comes down so will the daily ProPoints allowance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As well as tracking i went back to the gym on Tuesday (and then again yesterday and today).&lt;br /&gt;Nothing too olympic. Just a 35 min basic cardio workout split between treadmill, stepper and rower.&lt;br /&gt;Didnt feel too ill and hopefully i should be able to manage that 4 times a week. Because the gym is at work i dont have any excuse for not going.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right so where we at now. I have lost &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;5.5 lbs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; of the &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;16 lbs&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Christmas and New Year gain (period of 5 weeks from 1st Dec - 5th Jan) . That takes total loss down to &lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;23.5 lbs&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; so still &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: lime;"&gt;76.5 lbs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &amp;nbsp;to go until i have lost &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: lime;"&gt;100 lbs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; and then that , dear reader is when.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a) I eat Crisps or Peanuts - Cant moderate them so have to do without&lt;br /&gt;b) Date - Need to feel good about myself before i can about someone else&lt;br /&gt;c) Holiday - i got to near the 50 lb loss mark in June but Summer in Spain destroyed that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On top of that there is a longer way to go until goal but i had to have respite and i figure if i can lose 100 lbs i deserve to live a little. Had the comments about the dating but as well as needing to be where i want to be and feeling good about myself Diet also is hard when dating. Pizzas in , Meals out. Popcorn at the pics etc.&lt;br /&gt;I just feel like i have now been yoyo-ing for too long and if i dont put WeightWatchers first in 2012 then i could still be here in 3 or 5 years time doing the same. I need to this for the last time .... Now !!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am tracking and following the plan and ultimately being the one that isnt putting junk in my mouth&lt;br /&gt;but the support has been outstanding, despite the length of time where i must really sound like a broken record. Not once has someone said. What again. Try and last longer, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have to do this. The people who have put their faith in me and supported me but most importantly i have to do this for myself. Im back flying at the moment but i know its going to get tough and their will be times in 2012 where i hit the wall or gain or fall out of love with it all but dont give up on me because im not going to and i promise no matter what else i do i will follow this plan in 2012.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There will be days where i have 5 pints or a bag of lemon bonbons or a couple of drifters but i will track them. If i have 90 points instead of &amp;nbsp;56 i will point them. I will be honest as not being would only be cheating myself..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;5th January 2011 - 303 lbs (21 stone 09)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #b45f06;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;5th January 2012 - 285 lbs (20 stone 05)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;5th January 2013 - ???????????????????&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Who knows what i will be this time next year but tonights &lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;5.5 lbs&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; off took me to&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt; 19 stone 13.5 lbs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is under &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;20 stone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; and i promise i will never go above it again. Now bring on those 18s.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Speaking of Gemma, She gave me some ribbon tonight in class. Clever idea to tie it around yourself and see change as you lose weight. I had got the tape measure out and recorded stats on left hand side of blog but handy to keep ribbon to see if i shrink. Dunno what the lads will say though if someone sees pink ribbon sticking out of my pockets haha &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you for reading. There wasnt one on the 22nd or the 29th.&amp;nbsp;So really it is since Thursday 1st December.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But still thats nearly half of my total loss gone with 5 weeks of Christmas and New Year.&lt;br /&gt;No one to blame but myself. Went back tonight and resolved to do this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Track Everything.&lt;br /&gt;No Crisps or Nuts or Holidays or Naughties&lt;br /&gt;Plenty of Water&lt;br /&gt;Cut right down on fizzy drinks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2012 is now about putting WeightWatchers f&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also im not going to eat my Weeklies.&lt;br /&gt;Im going to drink them !!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 pps per day for Skimmed Milk&lt;br /&gt;Im going to take the deservedly harsh step of allocating 35 of my weeklies on milk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The other 14 i will leave for alcohol&lt;br /&gt;2 pints each week and thats it for weeklies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The milk will free up dailies as i will be having cereal, porridge and tea and not be having to count the milk but i will plan better and use points wiser.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The end result is that the point intake might be the same over the week but i wont have a scenario where im having weeklies in 1 day and thus having over 100 and then not getting back on track the next time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Time to get tough and stop mucking about.&lt;br /&gt;Only i can do this. I need to stop letting myself down. I hope you are a bit more favourable than that pesky 2011 was.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had a quiet night in last night after going OTT the night before with the lads.&lt;br /&gt;Made more sense to hit the town 5:30pm Friday 30th as.....&lt;br /&gt;Newcastle were playing Liverpool live on Sky&lt;br /&gt;Everyone had a pass from their partners / family&lt;br /&gt;Could get home a lot easier (even if at stupid o'clock)&lt;br /&gt;Could have a lie in on NYE morning&lt;br /&gt;Could chill and stay in Sat night and leave the manic scenes to others&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So plans agreed we met in Newcastle City Centre and went to the new Sharks bar near Newcastles ground. Televisions on all tables and waitress service is a fab concept. Not sure about the £3.50 for a plastic pint of lager. &amp;nbsp;We lost 3 -1 but decent night. We then headed further down town where we made a night of it.&lt;br /&gt;I dont know how many propoints went on Carling, Strongbow and Kopparberg. But then to top it all we got bottles of Champagne. It wasnt a total blow out as i had about 20 daily points and full weeklies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NYE was sleepy and hungover and had to work 1 - 6 which wasnt ideal but was glad of the lie in.&lt;br /&gt;Got done and home and ready to chill for the night. The ex came over with McDonalds (Quarter pounder with Cheese meal) and we done that and sherry and seen the New Year in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Was careful to make sure i got all my pre resolution treats in before Midnight so 2012 arrived and now as i write this i have stuck to plan and 2012 resolutions. First at my parents and then at my sisters.&lt;br /&gt;Massively overdone it so time to do something about it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have no doubt that i am in line for a big gain on Thursday 5th January, But why wait till then to do something.&lt;br /&gt;In fact why wait until the New Year as that makes it a resolution which we all know are tricky to stick to.&lt;br /&gt;So as i lay here finishing the last of the Pringles although the drink has moved back to tea i have decided that i need to get back on track tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So 23:59 Boxing Day is my cut off point. Plan and track for tomorrow and then every other day. The most important thing is that i do it everyday. Dont expect it to be plain sailing. Im not perfect.
